Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we have two important announcements:

1. We continue to plan for the conference to proceed in July. As local and national government mandates change, we will make an announcement here and through our email lists should this no longer be the case.

2. We extended our early-bird rate until 4/30/20. Please be sure to book in our room block first to get the discounted rate ($75!) on your registration fees. Check the lodging and travel page for links and information on how to book your accommodations.

New for 2020:

We’re offering full-ride scholarships to a limited number of endocrinology students/fellows/residents to the 2020 ATDC Conference. We will cover your airfare (up to $500), hotel (for 4 nights), and registration fees. Please email your CV to anne.caulfield@cuanschutz.edu with a brief letter answering why you’re interested in our program. Applications are due no later than April 30, 2020. We will contact the scholarship winners in May and you must register (with a special code).

Guest Policy:

Guests are more than welcome to stay with participants; however, meals provided by the conference are not allotted for guests. Lectures, workshops, and Q&A sessions are also for participants only, regardless of credits issued.

What does my registration fee cover?

Registration fee includes a reception, three breakfasts, two lunches, meeting materials, and snacks/beverages at each break for registrants only. It also covers CME, CNE, CEUs, and CPEUs. See the program for details.

Industry-sponsored dinners will be held 7:00-9:00 PM. Industry representatives will send invitations to participants. Though each dinner does have educational content, no continuing educational credit will be given to participants. We do not know which days/companies will offer dinners, but check the agenda closer to the conference!
