River flowing into a sunset over the mountains

As in past years, we are offering a $50 discount on registration if you book your room for 3+ nights in our room block. Discount expires 6/1/26. Information for rooms can be found here.

Please book your room in our block first and then send your hotel confirmation email to: info@atdcconference.org. We will send you a unique discount code to register.

We will no longer accept check payments starting in 2026. We do accept venmo, paypal, or ACH transfers, if you’re unable to pay with a credit card. Please contact info@atdcconference.org for more information!

Online registration will close on 6/21 (or when we sell out) and roll over to onsite only. We will announce if we will be able to take walk-ins or not on this page and in our monthly newsletter.

Guest Policy:

Guests are more than welcome to stay with attendees; however, meals provided by the conference are not allotted for guests. Lectures, workshops, and Q&A sessions are also for attendees only, regardless of credits issued.

What does my registration fee cover?

Registration fee includes: four breakfasts, three lunches, meeting materials, and snacks/beverages at breaks for attendees. It also covers ACPE, CME, and NCPD + pharmacology credit. See the program for details.

Dinners:

Industry-sponsored dinners will be held between 6:00–9:00PM. Industry representatives will send invitations to attendees. Though each dinner does have educational content, no continuing educational credit will be given to attendees. We do not know which days/companies will offer dinners on any given year, but check the agenda closer to the conference for details!
